Use a GoDaddy Domain with Your Site

If you have a domain name with GoDaddy, you can easily set it up to work with your Weebly site. This is a simple process, but it can be confusing if you don't have experience with editing your domain records. In that case, GoDaddy's support team should be able to help you out. If you feel confident making the changes yourself, read on to learn how.
First, you'll want to change your site address in the Settings tab in the editor. Save your changes and copy the IP address you're shown. Next, log into your GoDaddy account and click on My Products from the menu in the upper right.

Next, locate the domain you want to use and click on the DNS button.

On the Records page, you should see something similar to the image below. Click the pencil icon next to the A Record for @.

Enter the IP address you got in the Settings tab and click save.
Back on the Records page, locate the CNAME for www and make sure it points to @ as shown below. If it doesn't, just edit it and change it so the record says @.

You don't need to worry about the other records or make changes to them, unless you have what's known as an AAAA, or quad A record.

You'll need to delete this if you do have one, as these records aren't compatible with Weebly and it won't be possible to set up SSL for your domain with this record in place.

You can check to see if you have an AAAA record on the Records page. It might look something like the one in the image below. All you need to do is click the pencil icon to edit, then click the delete icon and confirm that you want to remove the record.

That's it! The only action you need to take in our system is make sure you've published your website to your domain name. It can take GoDaddy up to 24 hours to update their records with your change, though it's usually much quicker than that.
