What is Weebly?
Weebly is a San Francisco, California based company that was founded in 2006. We make it easy for anyone to create a beautiful website - no experience required!
What is this charge for?
The charge could be for a domain name registration (eg. www.example.com), a Google Apps subscription, or an upgrade to one of Weebly’s premium services. The charge could also be for the automatic renewal of a service that was purchased in the past. If you’re still unsure what this charge is for, you may want to ask around the house or office. If you believe the charge was unauthorized, please contact us and include the date of the charge, amount, and last name and last 4 digits of the credit card billed.
Can I get a refund?
Weebly's premium services all have a 30 day money back guarantee. Just let us know you'd like to take advantage of our money back guarantee and we can help you out. If you were charged for the automatic renewal of a service you ordered in the past and no longer need or want this service active, please contact us ASAP so we can assist you. Again, please include the date of the charge, amount, and last name and last 4 digits of the credit card billed. Did you purchase your service through our Android or iOS apps? No problem - check here for info on Google Play refunds, and here for iTunes refunds.
Can I get a receipt for this charge?
We automatically email a receipt for every purchase to the email address we have on file for your account. You can also print receipts for past purchases from the Order History section of your Account page.
How do I cancel my account?
You can delete your Weebly account at any time. Log into the account you want to cancel and go to the Account page - you’ll see a delete button on the lower left side of the page. If you’d like to keep your account but cancel one or more services, you can do that from the My Services section. Each subscription can be canceled or reactivated individually.
What if I have more questions?
No problem! We'd be happy to address any additional questions you may have, so feel free to ask away!
