Export Your Store Order History to CSV (Excel / Numbers) or Quickbooks

Exporting your order history to Quickbooks or Excel makes it much easier to track the growing success of your store.

To Export Order data, go to STORE > Orders and click Export Orders.

You can export either a CSV (comma-separated-values) file for use with a spreadsheet app like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or you can export an Intuit QuickBooks .iif file if you manage your finances using that program (you'll need to be on the Weebly Business plan or better). Whichever you choose, you can export the following:

  • All orders: This will export every order you've ever received.
  • Orders since you last did an export: This will download all the data that's been collected since the last time you ran an export. If you've never exported any data previously, it'll export everything.
  • Orders within a specific date range: You select the date range for the export, using YYYY-MM-DD format.

Click Export and Weebly sends you an email with a link to download the file as soon as it’s ready. Give it up to ten minutes and if you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder as it may have ended up there.
