I bought a subscription through the app. How can I manage the renewal settings?

Upgrades purchased from within the app are managed through the Google Play Store directly. Google has a guide explaining how to do this here.

 

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription to a different plan?

If you want to change your plan, you’ll need to first cancel the existing plan from the Weebly listing in the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.weebly.android. Then you can choose a new one from within the Weebly App. If you have any questions about which plan is the best fit for your needs, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’d be happy to walk you through the features and benefits of each plan.

 

How do I get a refund if I change my mind?

Weebly has a 30 day refund policy. For in app purchases less than 48 hours old, please see this Google guide for instructions on getting a refund.

For in app purchases that are more than 48 hours old or if you purchased the upgrade from your account on the Weebly site, you can contact us and we’d be happy to help.
