I bought a subscription through the app. How can I manage the renewal settings?

Upgrades purchased from within the app are managed through iTunes directly. You should be able to use this link to open the iTunes app and view all of your in-app subscriptions.

 

Can I downgrade my subscription to one of the lower level plans?

If you want to downgrade, you’ll need to contact Apple Support for assistance. If you have any questions about which plan is the best fit for your needs, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’d be happy to walk you through the features and benefits of each plan.

 

Can I upgrade my subscription to a higher plan through the app?

It’s not possible to upgrade to a different plan due to the way iTunes handles subscriptions, but you can always upgrade by logging into your Weebly account on the website and clicking the upgrade button to the right of your site title on the dashboard.

 

How do I get a refund if I change my mind?

Weebly has a 30 day refund policy. For purchases made from within the app, please contact Apple. If you purchased the upgrade from your account on the Weebly site, you can contact us and we’d be happy to help.
